Itinerary
Day By Day
Meet and greet with the guest, visit Kamakhya Mandir, then travel to Shillong with a stop at Umiam Lake. After checking into the hotel, enjoy sightseeing if time permits, and explore Police Bazar in the evening before staying overnight in Shillong.
After breakfast, enjoy local sightseeing at the Air Force Museum, Wah Kaba Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Mawsmai Cave, Seven Sister Falls, and Eco Park; if time permits, visit Wai Sawdong Falls with a small trek. Check into the pre-booked hotel and rest for the night at Cherrapunjee.
After breakfast, head to the starting point of the Double Decker trek, a moderately challenging 2-hour hike each way, ideal for birding, camping, and walking. Enjoy the beautiful living root bridge before returning for an overnight stay in Cherrapunjee.
After breakfast, start the Mawlynnong and Dawki tour at 8 am, visiting the living root bridge, Balancing Rock, Riwai Village, and the 1932 Dawki suspension bridge, with sightseeing at the India-Bangladesh border and optional activities like kayaking, boating, and zip-lining. End the day by checking into a pre-booked hotel or homestay and rest for the night at Shnongpdeng.
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and visit Krangsuri Falls and Phe Phe Falls, which requires a 40-minute trek each way. Return to the hotel in the evening, free for personal activities, and stay overnight at Shnongpdeng.
After breakfast, complete the final check-out formalities and head towards Guwahati for your airport drop-off. This concludes our journey together with wonderful memories!
